Temple was written using ancient grimoires on the occult and the Book of Revelation. To explain the process in simple terms, large portion of the main fundamental sounds used has been selected aleatorically with the use (help) of tarot in conjunction with the book of Revelation and these grimoires, most prevalently The Greater Key of Solomon.

The album is highly idealistic, profoundly exploring darkness, mysticism, and the transcendental.
